Goat Cheese Curd and Feta Dip

Yield: 1 Cup
 
1 cup Chevre (Spreadable Goat Cheese Curd)
½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
1 large green onion, chopped
¼ teaspoon grated lemon peel
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.  Add salt and pepper to taste.  Cover and chill two hours to blend flavors.
Can be served as a dip for crudités, fried foods or baked pita chips or used as a spread.
