Goat Cheese Boursin

Makes 1 cup.

8 ounces Chevre (Spreadable Goat Curd), softened
1 clove of garlic, crushed and minced
1 tablespoon fresh Italian parsley, minced
1 teaspoon Marjoram
1 tablespoon fresh or frozen minced chives
Cayenne pepper, to taste

Coarsely ground black pepper, to taste


Combine all ingredients in a bowl.  Chill for 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
