Goat Cheese and Mint Dip

1 ½ cup Chevre (Spreadable Goat Cheese Curd)
½ cup finely chopped fresh mint
¾ teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Salt and pepper to taste


Combine all ingredients in a bowl.  Add salt and pepper to taste.  Cover and chill one hour to blend flavors.  Great dip to be used with sandwiches and lamb, (especially lamb “pops” or lamb meatballs).
