Curried Goat Cheese Spread / Dip

Yield ¾ cups.

1 container (5.3 ounces) Chevre (Spreadable Goat Curd)
½ teaspoon apple juice concentrate
1 teaspoon fresh Italian flat parsley, chopped fine
¼ teaspoon ginger puree
¼ teaspoon ground curry

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients and set aside for a minimum of 30 minutes allowing flavors to blend. 
May be used as a spread or dip.
