IQF Raclette Slices and Cubes

Hard cheese made using pasteurized cow's milk, the Raclette are matured for 8 weeks minimum, cut in cubes or slices and then frozen at –20°C. Thanks to the IQF technology, the slices and cubes are regular and easy to handle and measure. They are perfect for a “raclette” diner but also an opportunity to vary the cheese ingredients, by mixing them in hot dishes such as sandwiches, pizzas, salads and seasonal entrées.
